Ms. Buoneto is founder and managing attorney at the Law & Mediation Offices of Nanette Ida Buoneto, PLLC. Ms. Buoneto is one of the few divorce attorney/mediators to have received both a Juris Doctor in General Litigation and a Masters of Law in Dispute Resolution. She attended the #1 Dispute Resolution Program in the country at Pepperdine University, School of Law and is licensed to practice in both New York and California. In 2013, Ms. Buoneto received recognition from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for her abilities as a dispute resolution professional after she presented a Lunch and Learn Event in Washington, D.C., entitled “Tips for Managing Gender Differences in Times of Conflict.” Ms. Buoneto is dedicated to resolving conflict and founded this firm with that intent in mind. She takes pride in her ability to offer both traditional and non-traditional legal services such as limited-scope services, mediation, arbitration, med-arb/arb-med, and litigation. She has assisted families during their divorce, child-support, and child-custody cases on both coasts of the country and looks forward to continue offering legal services that take into account the needs and interests of her clients.
